Origin of Shipment

All orders are shipped from Wakayama, Japan.
Tokyo Retro is committed to processing and shipping each order with great care to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or during Japanese public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

  • 🇺🇸 North America: 7–14 business days

  • 🌏 Other countries: 10–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the season, customs procedures, or shipping carrier conditions.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS, Yamato Transport, or an equivalent carrier offering tracking numbers.
Tracking information is provided to the customer as soon as the order is dispatched.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of the package and the destination.
Tokyo Retro may offer free shipping on certain items or for orders above a specific purchase amount, depending on current promotions.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may be applied by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Tokyo Retro.
No refunds will be issued if a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or held in customs, please contact us at tokyoretrojapan@gmail.com with your order number.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide a quick resolution (refund or replacement depending on the situation).

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
